All rides must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. Booking is considered confirmed once payment or deposit (if required) is received and a confirmation is sent by MCC Ride.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers via Square.
Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total ride cost.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Cancellations must be communicated via phone or email to MCC.
Refunds for cancellations eligible under the policy will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Any service adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, traffic, or vehicle issues) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. MCC Ride strives to provide fair solutions in all situations.
All vehicles are fully insured, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
Chauffeurs are professionally trained, courteous, and discreet.
Complimentary amenities (bottled water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers) are provided when available.
MCC Ride is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
MCC Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport security, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring timely arrival for scheduled pickups, including adequate time for check-in at airports.
MCC Ride reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and apply to all future bookings.
